W.G. Snuggy Walden is currently scoring the CBS summer series Under the Dome. The show is an adaptation of Stephen King’s bestselling novel and is produced by Steven Spielberg’s Amblin Entertainment and DreamWorks Television. The limited 13-episodes series is set in Chester’s Mill, a small New England town that is suddenly and inexplicably sealed off from the rest of the world by an enormous transparent dome. The show’s cast includes Mike Vogel, Rachelle Lefevre, Colin Ford, Natalie Martinez, Alexander Koch, Britt Robertson, Nicholas Strong, Jolene Purdy, Aisha Hinds and Dean Norris. Spielberg is executive producing the project with King, Neil Baer (ER, A Gifted Man), Brian K. Vaughan (Lost), DreamWorks’ co-chairman Stacey Sneider, Justin Falvey & Darryl Frank (Falling Skies, The Americans). Snuffy Walden whose TV credits include such shows as The West Wing, Friday Night Lights and The Wonder Years has previously scored the Stephen King TV adaptation of The Stand.
