Varese Sarabande Records has announced two new limited soundtrack editions. First up is a soundtrack album for the thriller Columbus Circle. The album includes the film’s original score composed by Brian Tyler who is also among the executive producers of the film. The soundtrack is available to order on Varese’s website, where you can also listen to audio clips. Columbus Circle is directed by George Gallo and stars Selma Blair, Amy Smart, Jason Lee, Giovanni Ribisi, Kevin Pollak and Beau Bridges. The thriller will be released on March 6, 2012 on Blu-Ray and DVD and can be pre-ordered here.
The label has also announced a soundtrack for the horror film Hostel: Part III. The album includes the original score from the movie composed by Frederik Wiedmann (Green Lantern: The Animated Series). Audio clips, as well as the full details of the release, which is limited to 1000 copies are available on Varese Sarabande’s website. Wiedmann follows composer Nathan Barr who scored the previous two films in the series directed by Eli Roth. Hostel: Part III is directed by Scott Spiegel and stars Kip Pardue, Brian Hallisay, John Hensley, Sarah Habel, Skyler Stone, Zulay Henao and Thomas Kretschmann. The movie is now available on DVD and can be ordered on Amazon.
