what is the name of the open credit song and the end credit song — can u buy individuallly. thanks
I think it is Train’s Hey Soul Sister though it isn’t on the soundtrack.
I know what music she’s talking about and it’s not hey soul sister at all. It’s all instrumental. I thought maybe James Newton Howard but I’m not sure.
I found this review of Larry Crowne soudtrack on “CD Universe” website:
Composer James Newton Howard’s “French Toast” closes things out with a gentle, Sunday morning-inspired instrumental piece that dutifully echoes the collection’s laid-back, classic rock vibe
Not available for individual sale, BTW. Only as last song on soundtrack. Bummer. I really like it too but don’t want the whole soundtrack.
The opening credit song is “Hold on Tight” and the closing credit song is “Calling America”. Has any other poster even seen this movie?
Oh, and the individual tracks can be downloaded here: http://www.amazon.com/Larry-Crowne-Music-Motion-Picture/dp/B0057UA20G/ref=tmm_other_meta_binding_title_0
Two ELO Songs and Three Tom Petty songs — awesome song choices.
