Jon Ehrlich is composing the original score for the new Fox drama APB. The show is created by David Slack (MacGyver, Person of Interest), Matt Nix (Burn Notice) & Trey Callaway (CSI: NY) and stars Justin Kirk, Natalie Martinez, Caitlin Stasey, Ernie Hudson, Taylor Handley and Tamberla Perry. The series is inspired by the New York Times Magazine article Who Runs the Streets of New Orleans by David Amsden and revolves around a tech billionaire who purchases a troubled police precinct after witnessing a violent crime to reboot it as a private police force. Len Wiseman (Underworld, Live Free or Die Hard) has directed the pilot episode and is executive producing the 20th Century Fox Televison production with Nix, Callaway, Todd Hoffman (The Confirmation, Labor Pains), Dennis Kim, and Robert Friedman. Ehrlich’s previous scoring credits include Fox’s House and Pitch, NBC’s Parenthood, USA’s White Collar and Amazon’s Goliath. APB will premiere on February 6, 2017 and air Monday nights on Fox.
