Walt Disney Records will release a soundtrack album for the sports drama McFarland, USA. The album features the film’s original score composed by Antonio Pinto (City of God, Lord of War, The Host, Snitch). Also included is the original end title track Juntos (Together) performed by Grammy-winning singer Juanes, which is already available to download as a single. The soundtrack will be released on February 17, 2015 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. McFarland, USA is directed by Niki Caro (Whale Rider) and stars Kevin Costner, Maria Bello, Morgan Saylor, Martha Higareda, Michael Aguero, Sergio Avelar, Hector Duran, Rafael Martinez, Johnny Ortiz and Carlos Pratts. The movie follows the novice runners from McFarland, an economically challenged town in California, as they build a cross-country team under the direction of a newcomer to their predominantly Latino high school.
