L’R du Trésor has released a soundtrack EP for the French sci-fi thriller The Gravity (La gravité). The 6-track EP features the film’s original score composed by Evgueni & Sacha Galperine (The Undoing, Radioactive, Scenes from a Marriage, Loveless, Happening, The Family, Wizard of Lies). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download here, where you can also check out the track list and listen to audio samples. The Gravity is written and directed by Cédric Dio and stars Max Gomis, Jean-Baptiste Anoumon, Olivier Rosemberg, Steve Tientcheu, Thierry Godard and Hafsia Herzi. The movie centers on a mysterious planetary event that upsets both the gravity and the fragile equilibrium of a Parisian suburb, which is ruled by a cosmically-connected crew of young “entrepreneurs.” The thriller premiered at last year’s Toronto International Film Festival and will be released in French theaters this Wednesday, May 3. No word yet on a domestic release date.
