Jeremy Zag is currently recording his score for the upcoming animated musical Miraculous (aka Ladybug & Cat Noir: The Movie). The film directed by Zag is based on based on the Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir TV series (which aired in the U.S. on Nickelodeon) and follows two Parisian teenagers as they transform into the Ladybug and Cat Noir superheroes. Zag is also producing the project with Aton Soumache (The Little Prince, Playmobil: The Movie). Maxime Boutboul has arranged Zag’s music. James Shearman is conducting the score, which is being recorded at AIR Studios in London. Zag who has previously scored several episodes of the TV show has been posting videos from the sessions in his Instagram stories. Harvey Mason Jr. has previously been announced to contribute music to the project. Miraculous is set to be released in French theaters on July 5, 2023.
