Roc Chen (7 Guardians of the Tomb, Chinese Zodiac, Stoker Hills, Switch, Sacrifice) will release a soundtrack album for the Chinese sci-fi adventure The Wandering Earth II. The album features the composer’s original score from the film and will be released digitally tomorrow, January 23 and will be available to stream/download on all major digital music platforms, including Amazon. Milan Records has previously released the composer’s score from the original 2019 film. The Wandering Earth II is directed by Frant Gwo and stars Wu Jing, Li Xuejian, Ning Li and Andy Lau . The prequel follows a group of young people who step up and execute a dangerous, life-or-death operation to save the earth. The movie is opening in Chinese theaters today and is also being released in select U.S. theaters by Well Go USA Entertainment.

        The first movie basically plagiarized from a lot of other movie scores such as interstellar, life etc. It’s been quite few years I don’t remember all the movies it plagiarized, but when I watched the movie, there are a lot of times where I was like, oh isn’t this from another movie?
