Cristal Publishing  & Editions Musicales François 1er have released a soundtrack album for the French comedy The Innocent (L’innocent). The album features the film’s original music composed by Grégoire Hetzel (Incendies, Ismael’s Ghosts, My Golden Days, Summertime, Oh, Mercy!, The Midwife). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download here, where you can also check out the full track list and listen to audio samples. The Innocent is directed by Louis Garrel and stars Roschdy Zem, Anouk Grinberg, Noémie Merlant and Garrel himself. The movie centers on a dedicated son who, in trying to protect his mother, finds himself embroiled in an elaborate heist. The comedy premiered at this year’s Cannes Film Festival and was released in French theaters last month. No word yet on a domestic distribution deal.
