Back Lot Music will release the official soundtrack album for the satirical comedy Honk for Jesus. Save Your Soul. The album features the film’s original music composed by Marcus Norris. The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, September 2 and will be available to stream/download on all major digital music services, including Amazon. Honk for Jesus. Save Your Soul. is written and directed by Adamma Ebo and stars Regina Hall and Sterling K. Brown. The movie follows the proud first lady of a Southern Baptist megachurch, who together with her husband once served a congregation in the tens of thousands, and must reopen their church and rebuild their congregation after a scandal forces their church to temporarily close. The Daniel Kaluuya-produced comedy premiered at this year’s Sundance Film Festival and is being released in theaters tomorrow by Focus Features and will also be available to stream on Peacock on the same day.
