Jeff Russo (Fargo, The Night Of, Legion, Lucy in the Sky) is scoring the new Freevee original series Bosch: Legacy. The show is loosely based on the novel The Wrong Side of Goodbye by Michael Connelly and stars Titus Welliver, Mimi Rogers, Madison Lintz, Stephen A. Chang and Denise G. Sanchez. The spin-off of Amazon’s original Bosch series (scored by Jesse Voccia) follows Harry Bosch as he embarks on the next chapter of his career and finds himself working as a private investigator with his one-time enemy, Honey “Money” Chandler. Connelly (The Lincoln Lawyer) and Welliver are also executive producing the project with Eric Overmyer (The Man in the High Castle, The Affair), Tom Bernardo, Henrik Bastin (Interrogation, American Odyssey), Pieter Jan Brugge (The Insider, The Pelican Brief), as well as Zetna Fuentes who also directed the first episode and previously produced the Russo-scored Netflix series Cursed. Bosch: Legacy will premiere this Friday, May 6 on exclusively on Freevee (formerly IMDb TV) and has already been renewed for a second season.
