Maisie Music Publishing will release the official soundtrack album for the Netflix original documentary Return to Space. The album features the film’s original music composed by Mychael Danna (Life of PiMoneyball, CapoteThe Good Dinosaur, Little Miss Sunshine, Onward, The Addams Family) & Harry Gregson-Williams (The Chronicles of Narnia, Shrek, The MartianShrek, The Last Duel, MulanKingdom of Heaven, The Equalizer). Also included is Sharon Van Etten’s cover of David Bowie’s Starman as featured during the movie’s end titles sequence. The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, April 8 and will be available to stream/download here. Return to Space is directed by Jimmy Chin & Elizabeth Chai Vasarhelyi (Free Solo) and follows a group of Elon Musk and SpaceX engineers as they embark on a historic mission to return NASA astronauts to the International Space Station and revolutionize space travel. The documentary is premiering today exclusively on Netflix.
