Back Lot Music will release a soundtrack album for DreamWorks Animation’s feature The Bad Guys. The album features the film’s original score composed by Daniel Pemberton (Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, The Trial of the Chicago 7, Enola Holmes, The Man from U.N.C.L.E., Being the Ricardos, King Arthur: Legend of the Sword, Birds of Prey, Steve Jobs). Also included are songs performed by Anthony Ramos, Elle King and The Heavy. The soundtrack will be released digitally on March 31 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. The Bad Guys is directed by Pierre Perifel and features the voices of Sam Rockwell, Marc Maron, Craig Robinson, Anthony Ramos, Awkwafina, Zazie Beetz, Richard Ayoade, Lilly Singh and Alex Borstein. The animated comedy is based on the Scholastic book series by Aaron Blabey and centers on a crackerjack criminal crew of animal outlaws who are about to attempt their most challenging con yet – becoming model citizens. The movie is being released in several international markets over the next couple of weeks and will arrive in U.S. theaters on April 22.
