Premiering on Thursday, January 13, is the HBO Max original series Peacemaker developed and directed by James Gunn and starring John Cena, Steve Agee, Danielle Brooks, Robert Patrick,Freddie Stroma, Jennifer Holland and Chukwudi Iwuji . The show’s original music is composed by Clint Mansell (Requiem for a Dream, The Fountain, Black SwanMoon) & Kevin Kiner (Star Trek: The Clone Wars RebelsCSI: Miami) who have previously co-scored DC’s Doom Patrol & Titans. John Murphy (The Suicide Squad, 28 Days Later…) has contributed an original song. Also premiering on Thursday is the Peacock original series Wolf Like Me created and directed by Abe Forsythe and starring Josh Gad, Isla Fisher and Ariel Donoghue. Premiering on Friday, January 14, is the Netflix original series Archive 81 inspired by the horror podcast of the same name and starring Mamoudou Athie, Dina Shihabi, Matt McGorry, Evan Jonigkeit, Martin Donovan, Julia Chan and Ariana Neal. The show’s original music is composed by Geoff Barrow & Ben Salisbury (AnnihilationDevs, Ex MachinaHanna, Free Fire, Luce). A soundtrack album featuring the composers’ score will be released by Lakeshore & INVADA Records. Also premiering on Friday is the animated feature Riverdance: The Animated Adventure directed by Eamonn Butler & Dave Rosenbaum and starring Pierce Brosnan, Sam Hardy, Hannah Herman Cortes, Lilly Singh, Jermaine Fowler, Pauline McLynn, John Kavanagh and Brendan Gleeson. Riverdance composer Bill Whelan has written new songs and a new score for the project. The movie, which follows an Irish-born boy and his Spanish-born friend as thy learn to dance with a magical herd of spirit deer, premiered in the UK last year on Sky Cinema and is making its U.S. debut on Netflix.

Also premiering on Friday is the Netflix stop-motion animated anthology The House directed by Emma de Swaef, Marc Roels, Paloma Baeza & Niki Lindroth von Bahr and starring Mia Goth, Jarvis Cocker, Helena Bonham Carter, Susan Wokoma, Matthew Goode, Sven Wollter, Claudie Blakley, Paul Kaye, Yvonne Lombard, Will Sharpe and Mark Heap.
