Robert Aiki Aubrey Lowe (Candyman) has been tapped to score the upcoming psychological horror thriller Master. The film is written and directed by Mariama Diallo and stars Regina Hall, Zoe Renee, Talia Ryder, Talia Balsam and Amber Gray. The movie follows three women who strive to find their place at an elite New England university built on the site of a Salem-era gallows hill and discover what lies behind the school’s immaculate facade. Joshua Astrachan (Paterson, Friends with Kids), Brad Becker-Parton (Beach Rats, Italian Studies) and Andrea Roa (It Comes at Night, Drinking Buddies) are producing the Animal Kindgom and Amazon Studios production. Master will premiere in January at the Sundance Film Festival and will debut later in 2022 on Amazon Prime.
