Lakeshore Records will release a soundtrack album for the horror thriller Jakob’s Wife. The album features the film’s original music composed by Tara Busch. The soundtrack will be released this Friday, May 14 and will be available to stream/download on all major digital music platforms, including Amazon. Jakob’s Wife is directed by Travis Stevens and stars Barbara Crampton, Larry Fessenden, Bonnie Aarons, Mark Kelly, Sarah Lind, Robert Rusler, Nyisha Bell and Phil Brooks. The movie revolves around a minister’s wife who – after an encounter with ‘The Master’ – discovers a new sense of power and an appetite for living bolder – and drinking blood. The thriller, which premiered at this year’s SXSW Film Festival, was released in select theaters and on VOD last month by RLJE Films/Shudder and will be coming out on Blu-ray and DVD on July 20.
