MovieScore Media has announced a soundtrack album for the biographical drama Charlatan. The album features the film’s original music composed by Antoni Komasa-Łazarkiewicz (In Darkness, Copying Beethoven, Rosemary’s Baby, Spoor, The Affair) & Mary Komasa. The soundtrack will be released digitally on April 23 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Charlatan is directed by Agnieszka Holland and stars Ivan Trojan, Josef Trojan and Juraj Loj. The movie, which was selected as the Czech entry and shortlisted in the Best International Film category at this year’s Academy Awards, tells the story of Jan Mikolášek, a 20th century Czech herbal healer who won fame and fortune treating celebrities of the interwar, Nazi, and Communist eras with his uncanny knack for “urinary diagnosis”.
