Keefus Ciancia (Killing Eve, London Spy, The Fall, Nashville, Diana, The Motel Life) is scoring the new HBO Max original series Made for Love. The show is based on the novel of the same title by Alissa Nutting and stars Cristin Milioti, Billy Magnussen, Dan Bakkedahl, Augusto Aguilera, Noma Dumezweni and Ray Romano. The comedy follows a thirty-something woman on the run after 10 years in a suffocating marriage who discovers that her husband has implanted a monitoring device in her brain, allowing him to track and watch her as she tries to regain her independence. Christina Lee is the project’s showrunner and is also executive producing the Paramount Television Studios production with Alissa Nutting, Patrick Somerville (Maniac), Dean Bakopoulos, Liza Chasin (Tales of the City) and SJ Clarkson (Collateral). Made for Love will premiere on April 1, 2021 exclusively on HBO Max.
