Zachary Dawes (The Peanut Butter Falcon, Big Time Adolescence, Deep Murder) of the rock band Mini Mansions is the composer of the new HBO Max original series Generation. The show is created by Zelda Barnz & Daniel Barnz (Beastly, Cake, Phoebe in Wonderland) and stars Nathanya Alexander, Chloe East, Nava Mau, Lukita Maxwell, Uly Schlesinger, Haley Sanchez, Nathan Stewart-Jarrett, Chase Sui Wonders, Justice Smith and Martha Plimpton. The dramedy follows a diverse group of high school students whose exploration of modern sexuality tests deeply entrenched beliefs about life, love and the nature of family in their conservative community. Zelda & Daniel Barnz are also executive producing the project with Ben Barnz, Lena Dunham (Girls), Sharr White (Halston) and John Melfi (Sex and the City, The Morning Show). Generation is premiering today exclusively on HBO Max.
