Mathieu Lamboley (A Minuscule Adventure, Return of the Hero, Sisters in Arms, Daddy Cool) is the composer of the new French Netflix original series Lupin. The show is created by George Kay (Criminal: UK) & François Uzan (Family Business) and stars Omar Sy, Ludivine Sagnier, Clotilde Hesme, Nicole Garcia, Hervé Pierre, Soufiane Guerrab, Antoine Gouy, Fargass Assandé, Vincent Londez and Shirine Boutella. The drama is inspired by the adventures of Arsène Lupin and centers on Assane Diop whose life was turned upside down when his father died after being accused of a crime he didn’t commit and, 25 years later, uses “Arsène Lupin, Gentleman Burglar” as his inspiration to avenge his father. Louis Leterrier (Now You See Me, The Incredible Hulk) has directed the first three episodes of the Gaumont Television production. Lupin will premiere on January 8, 2021 on Netflix.

Lamboley also has the French drama Between Two Worlds (Le quai de Ouistreham) directed by Emmanuel Carrère and starring Juliette Binoche coming up. A release in 2021 is expected.
