Jagjaguwar has released the cover of Bobby Vinton’s Mr. Lonely from Miranda July’s comedy Kajillionaire. The film’s composer Emile Mosseri (The Last Black Man in San Francisco, Homecoming, Minari) partnered with singer/songwriter Angel Olsen on a new version of the song, which is now available to stream/download as a digital single on Amazon and other digital music stores. Also listen to the track after the jump. A full soundtrack album, which also features Mosseri’s score from the movie, will be released on September 25 by Back Lot Music. Check back on this page for the full album details. Kajillionaire is written and directed by July and stars Evan Rachel Wood, Gina Rodriguez, Richard Jenkins and Debra Winger. The movie will be released in theaters on September 25 by Focus Features.
