Rael Jones (My Cousin Rachel, Harlots, Kids in Love) has recently scored the upcoming BBC series The Salisbury Poisonings. The show is written by Adam Patterson & Declan Lawn and stars Anne-Marie Duff, Rafe Spall, MyAnna Buring, Johnny Harris, Annabel Scholey, Mark Addy, Stella Gonet and Ron Cook. The 3-part drama centers the 2018 Novichok poisonings in Salisbury and tells the story of how ordinary people reacted to a crisis on their doorstep, displaying extraordinary heroism. Saul Dibb (The Duchess, Journey’s End) has directed all episodes. Chris Carey (Les Miserables, River) and Laurence Bowen (The New Pope, Gates) are executive producing the project. Jones has previously collaborated with Dibb on the feature Suite Francaise. The Salisbury Poisonings will premiere on June 14, 2020 in the UK on BBC One.

Jones’ other recent projects include the British comedy drama Shoplifters of the World directed by Stephen Kijak and starring Ellar Coltrane, Joe Manganiello, Helena Howard, Elena Kampouris, Nick Krause & James Bloor. The movie is expected to premiere later this year.
