Milan Records will release a soundtrack album for the documentary Spaceship Earth. The album features the film’s original music composed by Academy Award nominee Owen Pallett (Her, The BoxLife). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, May 22 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon, where you can also check out audio samples. Spaceship Earth is directed by Matt Wolf  and tells the story of a group of countercultural visionaries who built an enormous replica of earth’s ecosystem called Biosphere 2 in 1991. The movie follows the countercultural collective over half of a century, as they conducted experiments around the globe leading up to Biosphere 2. The documentary premiered at this year’s Sundance Film Festival and was released in virtual theaters earlier this month by Neon.
