Lakeshore Records has released a soundtrack album for the animated short Here We Are: Notes for Living on Planet Earth. The album features the film’s original music composed by Alex Somers (Captain FantasticHoney BoyAlohaManhattan). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on AmazonHere We Are is directed by Philip Hunt, narrated by Meryl Streep and features the voice talent of Chris O’Dowd, Jacob Tremblay and Ruth Negga. The short is based on the New York Times bestselling book of the same title by Oliver Jeffers and follows a precocious 7-year-old who, over the course of Earth Day, learns about the wonders of the planet from his parents – and from a mysterious exhibit at the Museum of Everything. The film is premiering today exclusively on Apple TV+.
