Michael Yezerski (Blindspotting, Corporate AnimalsThe Devil’s Candy) is the composer of the new Fox drama Deputy. The show is created by Will Beall (Aquaman, Gangster Squad) and stars Stephen Dorff, Bex Taylor-Klaus, Shane Paul McGhie and Yara Martinez. The series centers on a career lawman who has to step up as sheriff of LA County and finds himself at the helm of a crime-fighting organization of 10,000 deputies in a modern-day Wild West. Showrunner Kimberly Harrison is executive producing the Entertainment One and FOX Entertainment production with Chris Long (Mr. Mercedes, Ice), John Coveny (Longmire) and David Ayer (Training Day, End of Watch, Suicide Squad) who also directed the first two episodes. Yezerski has previously collaborated with Ayer on the upcoming feature The Tax Collector. Deputy will premiere on January 2 on Fox. Visit the official show website for updates.
