City Light Concerts and Film Concerts Live! have announced the world premiere performance of Superman – In Concert, with the film’s Academy Award-nominated original score composed by John Williams (Star Wars, Raiders of the Lost Ark, Jurassic Park, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone) performed live to picture. Anthony Gabriele will conduct the City Light Symphony Orchestra while the 1978 original Superman movie directed by Richard Donner and starring Christopher Reeve, Margot Kidder, Gene Hackman & Marlon Brando is playing on the big screen.
