  1. AdrFax says:

What?? A measly 10 tracks? In true Zimmer fashion, “better leave them wanting more”… only to release a bogus deluxe edition with 5 more tracks later on.

    • Bernd-Helmut Heine says:

Well, the album´s running time is almost 68 minutes. And it´s typical for HanZ´s soundtrack albums to consist mostly of suite-like arrangements of his original material. I wonder when the CD version will be released…

  2. Marco Ludema says:

Reminds me of the tracklist for Angels & Demons with the track lengths and amount of tracks. Well, as long as the music is good, I won’t complain.

  3. Lee says:

Wait, Hanz is doing it?? Now I’m interested!

  4. Conor Meechan says:

Having seen the film I can’t see how these track names relate to the film in any way. Maybe these are just placeholders?

    • BC says:

Check out the definitions of the words in the dictionary. Just happened to think about it yesterday and it actually turns out to be pretty fitting for most of the scenes.

Gap: a break or opening, as in a fence, wall, or military line; breach

Dark: radiating, admitting, or reflecting little light

Frameshift: the addition or deletion of one or more nucleotides in a strand of DNA, which shifts the codon triplets of the genetic code of messenger RNA and causes a misreading during translation, resulting in an aberrant protein and therefore a mutation.

Amity: mutual understanding and a peaceful relationship, especially between nations; peace; accord

Intimate: (of an association, knowledge, understanding, etc.) arising from close personal connection or familiar experience.

Negative: refusing consent, as to a proposal

Deletion: the state of being deleted; (Genetics) a type of chromosomal aberration in which a segment of the chromosome is removed or lost.

Reckless: utterly unconcerned about the consequences of some action; without caution; careless

Insertion: the act of inserting; (insert) to introduce or cause to be introduced into the body of something

Coda:a concluding section or part, especially one of a conventional form and serving as a summation of preceding themes, motifs, etc., as in a work of literature or drama.

  5. Flip says:

What is the name of the song / sound being played throughout the dark Phoenix movie ?

  6. Joseph Smith says:

The film and the soundtrack was moving and epic! I prefer to have the physical copy of the soundtrack!

  7. DAWN says:

What was the name of the song played by the Dazzler?

    • Naomie says:

Please let me know when you find it – I have been searching for this

      • Shira says:

AFAIK the song’s name is ‘Hands on me’ by Odesza feat. BANKS. Not yet released though.

  8. Cmizzle says:

Anyone know if the physical copy is still happening, despite the performance of the film at the box office?

  9. Korra says:

So, y’all either dropped the ball or were fed false info, because there has yet to be any word of a CD happening, and now that it’s a Disney property, it’s highly unlikely; they prefer to go cheap with soundtracks, since a few of the recent Marvel films didn’t get CD releases (Ant-Man & the Wasp, Black Panther, Captain Marvel, and now Spider-Man: Far from Home don’t have them).

    • Shawna says:

Spider-Man Far From home does have a release on physical CD (I own it…) – I’m confused?

  10. Eddie says:

Any update on the physical copy?

    • Penderghast says:

The movie is such a monumental failure that we should consider ourselves lucky they eventually released the X-Periments as a digital download. I wouldn´t hold my breath for anything else.
