Premiering on Tuesday, September 25, is the new CBS drama FBI developed by Dick Wolf and starring Missy Peregrym, Jeremy Sisto, Zeeko Zaki and Ebonee Noel. The show’s original music is composed by Atli Orvarsson (The Hitman’s Bodyguard, Vantage Point, Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters, Babylon A.D.) who is also scoring the Wolf-produced Chicago FireChicago Med and Chicago P.D. The show’s original music is composed by Gabriel Mann (Modern Family, Rectify, School of Rock, Rosewood). Premiering on Friday, September 28, is the new Fox comedy The Cool Kids executive produced by Charlie Day, Patrick Walsh & Nick Frenkel and starring David Alan Grier, Martin Mull, Vicki Lawrence and Leslie Jordan. Cormac Bluestone (It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia) is composing the show’s original music. The series centers on three friends at a retirement center who have their comfortable existence rattled by a newcomer to the community. Also premiering in the U.S. on Friday is the new television adaptation of William Shakespeare’s King Lear written and directed by Richard Eyre and starring Anthony Hopkins, Emma Thompson, Emily Watson, Florence Pugh, Christopher Eccleston, Jim Broadbent and Andrew Scott. The film’s original music is composed by Stephen Warbeck (Shakespeare in Love, Billy Elliot, Proof, Captain Corelli’s Mandolin).
