Gaumont has released a soundtrack album for the French drama Volontaire. The album features the film’s original music composed by Academy Award nominee Bruno Coulais (The Chorus, Coraline, The Crimson Rivers, Winged Migration). The soundtrack is now available to download on Amazon, where you can also check out audio samples. Volontaire is directed by Hélène Fillières and stars Diane Rouxel, Lambert Wilson and Josiane Balasko. The movie follows a woman who enrolls as a communications officer in the Naval Fusiliers. The drama will be released in French theaters on June 6. No word yet on a domestic release.
