Columbia Records will release a new soundtrack album for the Netflix original series Dear White People. The album features selections of the original music from the show’s second season composed by Kris Bowers (For the People, Elaine Stritch: Shoot Me, Monsters and Men). Also included are songs by DeJ Loaf, Tyler, The Creator, Zebra Katz, Ashley Blaine Featherson, Marc E. Bassy, BROCKHAMPTON, Namesake & more. The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, May 4 and will be available to download on Amazon. The label has previously released a soundtrack album featuring the music from the series’ first season. Dear White People is created by Justin Simien based on his 2014 feature of the same title and stars Logan Browning, Brandon P. Bell, Antoinette Robertson, DeRon Horton, John Patrick Amedori and Marque Richardson.The show’s second season will premiere tomorrow on Netflix.
