Cliff Martinez (Drive, Traffic, Solaris, Contagion) has recently composed the music for the upcoming thriller Hotel Artemis. The film is written and directed by Drew Pearce (Iron Man 3, Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation) and stars Jodie Foster, Sterling K. Brown, Sofia Boutella, Jeff Goldblum, Brian Tyree Henry, Jenny Slate, Zachary Quinto, Charlie Day and Dave Bautista. The movie revolves around a nurse who runs a secret, members-only emergency room for criminals in a near-future Los Angeles that’s torn by riots. Marc Platt (La La Land, Bridge of Spies) and Adam Siegel (Drive, 2 Guns) are producing the project with Ink Factory’s Simon & Stephen Cornwell (A Most Wanted Man, The Night Manager). Hotel Artemis is expected to be released later this year or in early 2019 by Global Road Entertainment.

Martinez’s upcoming projects also include the Amazon original series Too Old to Die Young starring Miles Teller. The composer’s recent projects include this year’s Game Night, which is currently playing in theaters and Den of Thieves.
