Dickon Hinchliffe is reuniting with director Debra Granik on the upcoming indie drama Leave No Trace. The film starring Ben Foster, Thomasin Harcourt McKenzie, Jeff Kober and Dale Dickey is based on the book My Abandonment by Peter Rock. Granik also co-wrote the screenplay with Anne Rosellini who is also producing the project with Anne Harrison (The Danish Girl, Two Family House) and Linda Reisman (Affliction, Waking the Dead). Hinchliffe has previously scored Granik’s last narrative feature, Winter’s Bone starring Jennifer Lawrence. Leave No Trace will premiere later this year at the 2018 Sundance Film Festival.

As previously reported, Hinchliffe (Out of the Furnace, Locke, Last Chance Harvey) also has scored two other movies premiering at Sundance: Burden starring Garrett Hedlund, Andrea Riseborough & Forest Whitaker, and Yardie directed by Idris Elba. The composer also has Phillip Noyce’s Above Suspicion starring Emilia Clarke coming up.
