Premiering tonight is the new Showtime original series SMILF created by Frankie Shaw who also stars in the comedy alongside Miguel Gomez, Rosie O’Donnell and Samara Weaving. The show’s original music is composed by Daniel Hart (Pete’s Dragon, A Ghost Story, Ain’t Them Bodies Saints, The Exorcist) is composing the show’s original music. Zoe Keating and Jeff Russo (Fargo, Legion, Star Trek: Discovery) also contributed additional music. Also premiering tonight is the second season of the Starz original series The Girlfriend Experience created by Amy Seimetz & Lodge Kerrigan, executive produced by Steven Soderbergh and starring Anna Friel, Louisa Krause, Narges Rashidi, Carmen Ejogo, Tunde Adebimpe, Harmony Korine and Morgana Davies. Mondo Boys (Phoenix Forgotten, Dave Made a Maze) have joined the project as new composers this season. Premiering on Tuesday, November 7, is the USA original series Damnation created by Tony Tost and starring Killian Scott, Logan Marshall-Green, Sarah Jones, Chasten Harmon, Melinda Page Hamilton, Christopher Heyerdahl and Joe Adler. The show’s original music is composed by Adam Taylor (The Handmaid’s TaleBefore I FallAugust: Osage County). Also premiering on Tuesday is the National Geographic mini-series The Long Road Home developed by Mikko Alanne and starring Michael Kelly, Jason Ritter, Kate Bosworth, Sarah Wayne Callies, Jeremy Sisto and Noel Fisher, Jon Beavers, E.J. Bonilla, Jorge Diaz, Darius Homayoun and Patrick Schwarzenegger. Jeff Beal (House of Cards, Monk, Pollock, Appaloosa, Rome) has composed the show’s original music.
