Kreng (aka Pepijn Caudron) is composing the original music for actress Karen Gillan’s directorial debut, The Party’s Just Beginning. Gillan also stars in the movie alongside Lee Pace, Matthew Beard, Paul Higgins, Siobhan Redmond and Kate Dickie. The movie centers on a woman who is dealing with the suicide of her best friend. Gillan also wrote the screenplay. Mali Elfman (Before I Wake), Tien Huei Grace Yeh and Claire Mundell (Not Another Happy Ending) are producing the project. Kreng’s previous scoring credits include 2014’s horror comedy Cooties and the 2015 thriller Camino. No premiere date has been announced yet for The Party’s Just Beginning.
