La-La Land Records has announced the details of its latest soundtrack releases, including a new soundtrack for Universal Pictures’ 1995 action adventure Waterworld directed by Kevin Reynolds and starring Kevin Costner, Dennis Hopper and Jeanne Tripplehorn. The album features the expanded and remastered score from the movie composed by James Newton Howard (The Hunger Games, he Sixth Sense, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, King Kong), including the previously unreleased music and the movie’s original composer Mark Isham’s Music Box Theme . The 2-CD set is limited to 3000 copies and is now available for pre-order on the label’s official website, where you can also listen to audio samples.

The label’s other new releases include an expanded and remastered soundtrack for Robert Zemeckis’ 1984 action adventure romance Romancing the Stone starring Michael Douglas, Kathleen featuring the film’s original music composed by Alan Silvestri (Back to the Future, Forrest Gump, Marvel’s The Avengers, he Croods).
