Writer/producer Jeremy Slater revealed on Twitter that Tyler Bates will be scoring the second season of the Fox drama The Exorcist. He is taking over for composer Daniel Hart (Pete’s DragonAin’t Them Bodies Saints) who scored the show’s first season. The series is developed by Slater based on William Peter Blatty’s novel of the same title, which inspired William Friedkin’s 1973 classic stars Alfonso Herrera, Ben Daniels and Kurt Egyiawa. John Cho is also joining the second season.
