la-92Milan Records has released a soundtrack album for the National Geographic documentary LA 92. The album features the film’s original music composed by Danny Bensi and Saunder Jurriaans (The GiftEnemyThe OAThe DiscoveryMartha Marcy May MarleneLast Days in the Desert). The soundtrack is now available to download on Amazon, where you can also listen to audio samples. LA 92 is directed by Dan Lindsay and TJ Martin (Undefeated) and tells the definitive story of the 1992 Los Angeles riots from the inside and from the point of view of those involved, using unseen personal footage and news archives, and testimonies of those who lived through it. The documentary premiered last month at the Tribeca Film Festival and this past Sunday on National Geographic. The movie is also currently playing in select theaters.
