boss-babyBack Lot Music will release the official soundtrack album for DreamWorks Animation’s feature The Boss Baby. The album features the film’s original music composed by Hans Zimmer (The Dark KnightInceptionGladiatorThe Lion KingInterstellar) who previously scored numerous movies for the studio, including The Prince of Egypt, Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron and the Madagascar and Kung Fu Panda trilogies, and Steve Mazzaro (Bullet to the Head). The soundtrack will be released on March 31, 2017 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Check back on this page for the full album details. The Boss Baby is directed by Tom McGrath and features the voices of Alec Baldwin, Steve Buscemi, Jimmy Kimmel, Lisa Kudrow and Miles Bakshi. The animated comedy will be released on March 31, 2017 by 20th Century Fox.

    I really don’t know why they even bother to put Zimmer as the sole composer for those DreamWorks animations. It’s clear that Balfe and a lot of other people are the ones who write the whole thing. Probably Zimmer only wrote one or two themes, and then Balfe scored the rest of the movie.

      Actually, according to IMDB, this one is more the work of Zimmer than anybody. Balfe isn’t even listed as an additional Composer or something like that.
