Tyler Bates is currently recording his score for Marvel Studios’ sequel Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 at Abbey Road Studios in London. Director James Gunn has posted a video from the recording sessions featuring a full piece from the composer’s score, which is conducted by Tim Williams. Check out the full video after the jump. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 starring Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Vin Diesel, Bradley Cooper, Michael Rooker, Karen Gillan, Pom Klementieff, Elizabeth Debicki and Kurt Russell continues the Guardians’ adventures as they traverse the outer reaches of the cosmos and must fight to keep their newfound family together as they unravel the mystery of Peter Quill’s true parentage. The sci-fi action adventure will be released nationwide on May 5, 2017 by Walt Disney Pictures.
