Lakeshore Records will release a soundtrack album for the HBO original movie Confirmation. The album features the film’s original music composed by Harry Gregson-Williams (The Chronicles of Narnia, The Martian, Shrek, Man on Fire). The soundtrack will be released digitally on April 15, 2016 and physically on May 27. Visit Amazon to pre-order the CD. Confirmation is directed by Rick Famuyiwa and stars Kerry Washington, Wendell Pierce, Greg Kinnear, Jeffrey Wright, Eric Stonestreet, Jennifer Hudson, Dylan Baker, Erika Christensen, Kimberly Elise, Grace Gummer, Bill Irwin, Zoe Lister-Jones, Treat Williams and Alison Wright. The drama details the 1991 Clarence Thomas Supreme Court nomination hearings and revisits the national debate over race relations and sexual harassment sparked during the hearings when law professor Anita Hill testified about her experiences with Thomas.
