‘The Age of Adaline’ Soundtrack Details

the-age-of-adalineThe details of the soundtrack album for the romantic drama The Age of Adaline have been revealed. The album features the songs from the film by artists including Bob Dylan, Jefferson Airplane, Little Joy, The Skyliners, The Antlers, Sam & Dave, Dexter Gordon, Nancy McCallion & more. The soundtrack will be released physically on May 19, 2015 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Audio clips are embedded after the jump. As previously reported, the label will also a separate soundtrack featuring composer Rob Simonsen’s original score from the film. The Age of Adaline  is directed by Lee Toland Krieger and stars Blake Lively, Michiel Huisman, Harrison Ford, Ellen Burstyn, Kathy Baker and Amanda Crew.     So there’s no score? The pop songs listed don’t look all that interesting to me. Looks like the film itself has potential as a kind of benevolent Dorian Gray tale.
