Son Lux to Score ‘Paper Towns’

paper-townsSon Lux aka Ryan Lott revealed in an interview with MTV that he is composing the score for the upcoming coming-of-age drama Paper Towns. The movie based on the bestselling novel by John Green (The Fault In Our Stars) is directed by Jake Schreier (Robot & Frank) and stars Nat Wolff, Cara Delevingne, Halston Sage, Austin Abrams, Jaz Sinclair and Justice Smith. Michael H. Weber & Scott Neustadter ((500) Days of Summer, The Spectacular Now) have written the screenplay. The movie follows a young man and his friends embark upon the road trip of their lives to find the missing girl next door. Wyck Godfrey (The Twilight Saga, I, Robot) and Marty Bowen (The Fault in Our Stars, The Maze Runner, Dear John) are producing the project. Paper Towns is set to be released on July 24, 2015 by 20th Century Fox. For updates on the film, visit the official movie website.

Son Lux who has previously composed the score for last year’s The Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby and contributed music to Rian Johnson’s Looper also recently announced his latest single Change Is Everything.
