fading-gigoloMilan Records will release a soundtrack album for John Turturro’s indie comedy Fading Gigolo. The album features the music from the film, including tracks by saxophonist Gene Ammons, trombone/trumpet player Trombone Shorty, as well as songs by Dalida, Vanessa Paradis, M’Barka Ben Taleb and Dean Martin. Also included are two tracks from the score composed by Bill Maxwell. The soundtrack will be released on April 15, 2014 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Fading Gigolo is written and directed by Turturro who also stars in the film alongside Woody Allen, Sofía Vergara, Sharon Stone, Liev Schreiber, Max Casella and Vanessa Paradis. The movie follows a man who aspires to be a professional Don Juan in order to raise money to help his friend. The comedy premiered at last year’s Toronto Film Festival and will be released in select theaters on April 18 by Millennium Entertainment.
