three-days-to-killGuillaume Roussel has recently composed the music for the upcoming action thriller Three Days to Kill. The film is directed by McG and stars Kevin Costner, Amber Heard, Hailee Steinfeld and Connie Nielsen. The movie follows a Secret Service Agent  who discovers he’s dying and is being offered access to an experimental drug that could save his life in exchange for one last assignment. Luc Besson (Leon: The ProfessionalThe Fifth Element) has co-written the screenplay with Adi Hasak (From Paris With Love). Besson is also producing the project with Virginie Besson-Silla (The Family, The Lady) for EuropaCorp, alongside Hasak and Relativity CEO Ryan Kavanaugh (The FighterLimitless). McG has previously collaborated with such composers as Danny Elfman (Terminator Salvation), Christophe Beck (We Are Marshall, This Means War) and Edward Shearmur (Charlie’s Angels). Roussel is currently mixing his score for Three Days to Kill , which is set to be released on February 14, 2014 by Relativity Media.

The composer whose previous scoring credits include the sports comedy The Seigneurs and the TV show Crossing Lines, which aired this summer on NBC, also has the French comedy Le crocodile du Botswanga coming up. The film is directed by Lionel Steketee & Fabrice Eboué (Case départ) and stars Eboué, Thomas Ngijol and Claudia Tagbo. Alain Goldman (La Vie en Rose, The Crimson Rivers) is producing the movie, which is set to be released in France in early 2014.
