Intrada Records has announced the world premiere soundtrack release for the 1979 disaster movie Beyond the Poseidon Adventure directed by Irwin Allen and starring Michael Caine, Sally Field and Telly Savalas. The album features the film’s original score composed and conducted by Jerry Fielding (The Wild Bunch, The Bad News Bears), including alternate cues. The label has also announced a remastered version of the soundtrack for the 1984 sci-fi movie Dreamscape directed by Joseph Ruben and starring Dennis Quaid. The film’s music is written by Academy Award-winning composer Maurice Jarre (Lawrence of Arabia).
