A new featurette on Alexandre Desplat‘s score for Ben Affleck’s Argo was published today. The video features footage from the recording sessions of the music, as well as interview clips with the composer and vocalist Sussan Deyhim. Check out the full video after the jump. The score for Argo already received a Golden Globe and Critics’ Choice Movie Award nomination and is considered a frontrunner to pick up an Academy Award nomination next week. Desplat was also honored with the Satellite Award for Best Score last month. The composer’s soundtrack is available on WaterTower Music. Argo starring Affleck, Alan Arkin, John Goodman and Bryan Cranston is currently playing in theaters.
