Atli Orvarsson is currently scoring the new NBC drama Chicago Fire. The show is created by Michael Brandt & Derek Haas (3:10 to Yuma, Wanted) and stars Jesse Spencer, Taylor Kinney, Lauren German, Monica Raymund, Charlie Barnett, Teri Reeves, David Eigenberg and Eamonn Walker. The series follows the lives of the firefighters, rescue squad and paramedics working at the Chicago Fire Department at the firehouse of Engine 51. Brandt and Haas are also executive producing the Universal Television and Wolf Films Production with Dick Wolf (Law & Order), Matt Olmstead (Prison Break), Joe Chappelle (Fringe), Danielle Gelber and Peter Jankowski. Jeffrey Nachmanoff (Traitor) directed the pilot episode. Orvarsson has previously scored Wolf’s TV shows Law & Order: LA and L.A. Dragnet.
