Dickon Hinchliffe is scoring the upcoming indie drama At Any Price. The movie is directed by Ramin Bahrani (Goodbye Solo) and stars Zac Efron, Dennis Quaid, Heather Graham, Clancy Brown, Chelcie Ross, Maika Monroe and Kim Dickens. The film tells the story of  a rebellious son whose dreams of becoming a professional race-car driver are derailed when his father’s farming empire becomes the target of a high-stakes investigation. Bahrani has co-written the screenplay with Hallie Elizabath Newton and is also producing the drama with Teddy Schwarzman, Justin Nappi & Kevin Turen (Arbitrage), Christine Vachon (Boys Don’t Cry) and Pamela Koffler (One Hour Photo). At Any Price will be premiering at the Venice Film Festival and also be shown at the Toronto Film Festival in September.

Hinchliffe whose best known feature credits include Winter’s Bone and Last Chance Harvey has also scored the TV mini-series Hit and Miss created by Paul Abbott (Shameless, State of Play). The series stars Chloë Sevigny as a contract killer and transgender woman who is sent into a tailspin when she receives a letter from an ex-girlfriend dying from cancer revealing that Mia fathered a son eleven years ago. Hit and Miss is commissioned by Sky Atlantic in the UK and is a co-production made by AbbottVision and Red Production Company. The series recently premiered in the US on DIRECTV’s Audience Network.
