It is (though why we’re commenting on an article from 2011 is a question best left unanswered I suppose).

It’s Chris Young doing what he does best but the film was pure trash and in the times I’ve gone back over the score in comparison to how many times I’ve watched the film I’ve noticed that the score just by itself is fantastic (maybe not a Young masterwork but I hardly find it to be bland or boring) but when you hear it as it plays throughout the film there’s a mishandling of it. Like cues were just dropped in on parts where they figured they might work out. It makes me really wonder if Young was the only person putting real effort into anything involving this film.
